Perfection Doesn't Exist.
Where shall I begin? Lets start with with the word PERFECTION shall we? What's the definition of perfection? Perfection means the state of being without a flaw or defect. The question I am asking you is, is perfection attainable? I'm sure you all are thinking of course it is, we just have to work hard for it. But is it really?
There are many types of perfections, there's the perfect body, the perfect life, the perfect family, the perfect appearance etc. Who started the trend of being perfect? Take for example supermodels and how the ideal woman for a guy would have to be slim and petite. Who are the ones who put that idea and image into their heads in the first place? There is no such thing as a perfect body. You could work out for hours everyday and still wouldn't be able to beat the wrinkles or freckles that might or would form on your skin. Beauty plays such a small role in being perfect, personality to me plays a much bigger role. If you don't own an awesome personality then I'm sorry, your not perfect to me. What is the "perfect" personality or appearance anyway? Being tall dark and handsome and be able to be a polite and generous person? Honestly tell me how many human beings are that flawless?
Now lets move on to the perfect family and the perfect life shall we? Hmm.. the perfect family would obviously be a happy marriage between a loved up couple with smart and talented children who enjoy reading and a husband who works hard and still has time to spend with the family and have barbecues on Sunday mornings etc. How superficial is that? How fake is that? What about the perfect life? To have a handsome looking partner in life who adores you and to have an awesome job and a beautiful figure along with no problems and just sunshine all the time. How is that even possible? Seriously, think about it. Life can never be perfect. At least not That Perfect.
You may think money would solve problems or you also may think beauty would bring happiness, but does it really? Money and beauty would probably come with a lot of problems, wouldn't it? If you are rich and beautiful and everyone thinks your life is 'perfect' and all your really feeling is sad and depressed, how could that be called perfection? You may have money and the looks, but how would you know who your real friends are? How would you know they aren't just using you to get to your money?
My dear readers, I hope my ramblings about perfection has allowed you to see things the way I do. I don't aspire to be perfect at all. I would rather live my life and enjoy every moment of without worrying about the way I look or how much money I have. I am an individual and I do not live to fit into what people would call the 'perfect' world. I would not stress about how I should be perfect and flawless. Because my flaws is what makes me who I am. Perfection is a myth, and living without flaws is a flaw in itself.
That's another ramble that hopefully made sense :)

Torture.
Is it really fair to put us through what I would refer to as TORTURE? This is MY opinion though. I'm a student and I'm going to be sitting for the IGCSE exams at the end of the academic year. This will be around May to June. To be honest there is no way that high school is a walk in the park. My mind and body is going to seriously give up on me if I continue this. Weekdays are being filled to the brim with homework and house work and on weekends were expected to stay home and study.
Don't you think its quite a lot to take in? School from 8am until 2pm (if there's staybacks then were in school till 4pm) I have staybacks everyday except on Thursdays. I come home literally exhausted. It's as though the school is force feeding us education. They should seriously try to at least give us a break.
I understand that the time is insufficient and that we need to finish the syllabus and pass our exams. Why give it to us to a point where we can't even breathe. Some of us don't even have time for ourselves. Our social life will have no choice but to be put on hold to make way for our 'education'. When does it all end? Because if you really think about it, after hight school we will have college or universities to think about, and I am sure that the stress in that stage would be greater than what were going through now.
I guess it is beneficial too, if you try to comprehend why they're pasting the word stress onto our foreheads. It's like the school is preparing us and making us stronger by pushing us to an extreme so that we wont have a shock when we get into stages of our lives where the situation is harder than just 'high school'.
I still can't deny that I'm exhausted. I keep telling myself "only a couple more months, then it'll all be over". If only.
Hope this ramble wasn't too draggy. ;)

Old.
Abyss
I hate you.
The fact that you think you own me,
I’m trapped.
My world is nothing less than a black hole leading to an abyss of emptiness.
You enter the space in which I live in and I feel as though I don’t belong,
Just a walking figure that no longer exists,
The only person who seems to be able to see me is my own reflection.
I am dead.
You have brought death to me.
I no longer breathe your air.
I no longer see your old decrepit face.
My worn out ears no longer eats your masculine voice.
I try not to think.
I try not the feel.
I want to be numb.
One bullet.
That’s all it took for me to escape this misery.
I am free.
I’m flying with a grin.
Looking down on you and how sad your life is.
Now its your turn to wait for death.
Like an old dying tree, yet its life never ending.
Suffer.
This was created quite a while ago.
But I would love some of your feedback (A)

The Grand Opening.
Hello there dear readers.
I'd like to officially launch my oh-so-awesome blog.
Welcome to the Grand Opening of "Ramblings Of A Girl In The Blue Striped Shirt".
Trust me when I say that there will be some interesting rambles and some not so interesting rambles.
I am a student blogger with a lot of things on my mind which I wouldn't hesitate to blog about, some may be random and some may not. I personally suggest you give it a go, I mean what do you have to lose anyway? Right? I would be talking about various topics in my future posts.
Give it a try and I hope you will be entertained with what's to come.
Have an awesome day.
